To create a truly inclusive AI assistant, I focused on enhancing accessibility for keyboard-only users. I meticulously explored various solutions until I discovered a way to improve navigation through text within the AI assistant. By implementing refined keyboard navigation using arrow keys, users can now move through the text effortlessly. Additionally, I utilized blue-line annotation training to further refine the design, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone.

I worked with Jordyn in WhatsApp payments while she was an intern. Her product thinking, thoroughness and self motivation were evident from our first 1:1. For example, by the time we met for the first time she had read all the research and came with questions. Then throughout there internship she provided updates and thoughtfully incorporated the feedback provided. Further, given limited resources, she did extensive in-depth secondary research to inform designs. Overall it was a pleasure to have the opportunity to work with Jordyn. She is a delight to work with and a valuable asset to any team.

Jordyn Harrison is an outstanding person and one of the most hardworking individuals I know. I got the opportunity to intern with Jordyn at Meta; and, although we were not on the same product design teams, I was still able to witness the amount of effort and research that went into her project during our weekly design crits. Throughout this internship, I admired and got to see firsthand how intentional Jordyn is with her design decisions and how passionate she is about making a genuine impact through her design solutions.
Aside from her skills, Jordyn is such a bright and inspiring individual who is always willing to support and teach others. Additionally, she has the ability to lead a room while still making sure that everyone's voice is heard. Not only is she experienced in various areas of design, but she also has excellent teamwork and communication skills. Jordyn would be an incredible asset to any team.

Jordyn was initially brought onto the team as a Product Designer, a position in which her UX Design and cross-functional collaboration skills really shined. Almost immediately after being onboarded onto the team, Jordyn demonstrated outstanding technical skills as well as leadership capabilities as she generously took it upon herself to mentor less-experienced members of our team.
Jordyn was eventually promoted to the Design Manager leadership position, where her contributions in this role directly resolved challenges related to team dynamics. Not only did Jordyn quickly and seamlessly adapt to this transition, but she also went above and beyond in promoting a collaborative team environment. Beyond being a natural and empathetic leader, Jordyn's leadership in delegating technical tasks as well as leading discovery sessions (such as Jam Sessions) resulted in our team developing more effective design solutions.
It was a pleasure being able to work with Jordyn, and I am excited to see how her work evolves throughout her career! I highly recommend Jordyn to any team, and I am confident in her ability to make positive impacts on whatever project/team she is on.
